Our worship continues with introspection and reflection on the past year, and we call to mind our sacred and special relationship with God.  Together we pray, sing, and delight in the traditions and stories of our people, with the sound of the shofar to stir our souls to action, recognizing the important work of t’shuvah – repentance- in our lives.

Kol Nidre Service | Replay

This solemn and contemplative service begins with the haunting melody of Kol Nidre, played on the cello by professional musician, Joshua Halpern.  Our prayers and music reflect the gravity of our work of repentance, as we seek to find forgiveness for our sins and mend relationships with our loved ones.

Services begin on Sunday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. and are led by Rabbi Karen Bodney-Halasz, Rabbi Tina Sobo, Courtney Cummings, and Grant Halasz, with a special guest appearance by Joshua Halpern on the cello.

Congregational Yom Kippur Service | Replay

On this day of fasting, we pray for spiritual purification from past transgressions and seek forgiveness from our friends and family and from God.  Poetry, song, and the ancient texts of our people draw us together in this collective desire to be cleansed of our wrongdoings.

Yom Kippur Afternoon Service with Yizkor & N'ilah | Replay

Our spiritual work continues on this holiest of holy days as we seek forgiveness before the gates of righteousness close and ask to be sealed in the Book of Life in the coming year. We also remember our loved ones who have passed this year during our Yizkor memorial service, and conclude our prayers with N’ilah and one final blast of the shofar.
